The subject of the public procurement: "Design, performance of construction and exercise of copyright Supervision during the construction of the residential building fund of the Association of Slaveikov 7 owners with address: Svishtov, 7 P. Slaveikov Str.
Description of the subject of the contract:
1. Developing an investment project in the "Work Project" phase to implement the most effective package of energy -saving measures for the building, which achieves a minimum class of energy "B" in compliance with the package of energy -saving measures (ESM), proposed in the technical and energy inspection and providing an accessible environment in the building of people with difficulty in as required by the requirements of Ordinance No. РД-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 for determining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities of the multi-family residential building located: Svishtov, 7 P. R. Slaveykov Str.
2. Exercise Of copyright supervision during the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Planning Act.
3. Carrying out the construction and assembly works of the multi-family residential building in Svishtov according to the prepared by the contractor, agreed and approved in the respective order of working investment project.
