Design, exercise of copyright supervision and construction in implementation of the project "Energy Efficiency of a Multi-Family Residential Building" in Pernik under the procedure "BG16FPR003-4.001" Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including Dealing with the Energy Poverty "of Priority 4" Fair Transition "of the Regions Development Program 2021-2027 in lots:
Lot # 1: Energy efficiency of a multi -family residential building with address: Pernik, Otets Paisiy Str., Bl.54, entry
Lot 2: Energy Efficiency of a multi -family residential building with address: Pernik, Petko Karavelov Str., Bl. 2, ent. A, b and c;
Lot # 3: Energy efficiency of a multi -family residential building with address: Pernik, Targovska Str.
Lot No 4: Energy Efficiency of Multifamily Residential Building with address: Pernik, Breznik Street, bl.
The following activities are included in the scope of the public procurement, which relate to all four multi -family residential buildings, divided into the separate positions:
- Design - Preparation of a technical investment project according to assignment for design;
- construction- implementation of the construction works (construction works) provided in the investment project (construction works);
- Author's supervision - Exercise of copyright supervision under the Spatial Planning Act during the implementation of construction and assembly Works.
