  It is planned to develop an investment project in the Technical phase for carrying out major repairs and reconstruction of the buildings described in the design assignment, as follows:
  1. Buildings with identifiers 53707.501.159.5 (with a built-up area of 223 sq.m) and 53707.501.159.6 (with a built-up area of 740 sq.m) are united in Subsite 1, according to the issued design visa, as they should be restructure into an "open stage for holding events of a public nature - concerts, spectacles, performances, etc.";
  2. The reconstruction of a building with identifier 53707.501.159.1 (with a built-up area of ​​1,347 sq.m.) represents Subproject 2, and it should acquire the character of "a multifunctional hall for events of a cultural and exhibition nature and a fund depository";
  3. Building with identifier 53707.501.159.12 (with a built-up area of ​​137 sq.m) should be rebuilt "into a demonstration and exhibition center (distillation hall) for the brewing of spirits, including with tasting, as well as the allocation of a room with a kiln for the production of ceramic products" and is reflected as Subobject 3 in the issued design visa.
  In addition to the reconstruction of the buildings, the project should also offer:
  modeling concept, ennobling yard space between them,
  a sewage system for the removal of domestic waste water, including a treatment facility, as well as a sewage system for the removal of rainwater.
