Description:
The main purpose of this procedure is the selection of a contractor with the necessary professional competence and qualification for the implementation of the services for the preparation of a working project and interior, as well as the implementation of copyright supervision, for an object: reconstruction and extension of the theater building Sfumato Workshop. The site in which the reconstruction and extension will be carried out is a building and adjacent territory. Developing an investment project in phases "Working Project and Interior Project" should be in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the other applicable existing legislation, as well as the requirements for the development of the investment project, as well as activities present in the technical specification, representing the condition, investigation or supplement to it, in accordance with the regulatory framework, and the current status of the respective object. The project should be prepared in the following parts: 1. Part Architecture - both working and interior project, 2. Part of constructive; 3. Part of heating, ventilation and air conditioning; 4. Part of water supply and sewerage; 5. Part of electrical; 6. Part of technological; 7. Acoustic part; 8. Part of fire alarm; 9. Part Fire Safety; 10. Part of Energy Efficiency; 11.
