Description:
The subject of the public procurement is "Design, production and delivery of advertising and information materials related to the activity of the Ministry of Environment and Water (MOEW), preserved on the grounds of Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Law".
The present public procurement covers the design, production and delivery of Advertising and information materials related to the activities of the Ministry of Environment and Water (MOEW). The order includes delivery of the respective materials, together with a design/layout service of the materials delivered. The contractor produces the design and materials included in the order.
At The execution of the order must be designated design/layout and the following advertising and information materials should be delivered:
Wall three -section calendar for 2026 - 700;
Wall luxury calendar for 2026 - 700;
Desktop calendar for 2026 - 600;
Large desktop calendar for 2026 - 100;
A notebook without dates - 500;
Notebook with dates for 2026 - 60;
Bag with long handles - 200;
Paper bag with short handles - 350 pcs.;
Paper bag for wine - 150 pcs.
The specified quantities of the advertising information materials described are forecast.
The contracting authority is not obliges to declare/order the whole quantity of the respective position/item advertising and information materials mentioned above.
Advertising and information materials are made and delivered to the contracting authority periodically and in parts according to requests made by the contracting authority to The contractor.
