The public procurement covers the design, production and delivery of printed and advertising and information
Materials in connection with the implementation of the Environment Program 2021 - 2027 in accordance with the responsibilities
of the Managing Authority described in Title IV, Chapter III "Visibility, Transparency and Communication" of Regulation (EU) No
2021/1060 and information guidelines and strategic communication for the programming period 2021-2027 D. enshrined in the National Communication Strategy developed in accordance with Art. 18 (1) Section III. Visibility,
transparency and communication, directed to the public about the financial support of the European
Funds in Shared Management (EFSU) of the Law on Funds Management from European Funds at
Shared Management (ZUSEFSU) (Amended, SG No. 102/2022, effective 1.01.2023) to increase
the awareness of the target groups for the vision and priorities of the Partnership Agreement, of
Beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries about the opportunities provided by the Community as well as
Public recognition for the role of the European Union in the development of regions.
