• Description:
• The subject of the order covers the provision of services for the implementation of the activities of design, production and delivery of printed materials, in connection with the implementation of the project: "Effective functioning of the OIC - Plovdiv during the period 2024 - 2029", financed with grant agreement No. BG16RFTA001-1.006-0007-C01/09.05.2024, under the "Technical Assistance" Program (TAP), executed by the beneficiary Municipality of Plovdiv. The services from the subject of the order are described in detail, and should be perform in full accordance with the technical specification, the draft contract and the samples of technical and price proposals - an integral part of the documentation for the public procurement. The contract that will be concluded with the participant designated as the executor of the order will be valid for 24 months, or until reaching the maximum allowable value of the Contract, depending on which of the two events occurs earlier. On the basis of Art. 12, para. 3 of the Civil Code and Art. 80, para. 1 PPZOP, the order is reserved for participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for business entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position (persons under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of ZOP).
