- The following activities are included in the subject of the public procurement:
Activity I - Preparation of a technical investment project for a building with identifier 07079.614.171.2 according to the KKKR of the city of Burgas, according to the Design Assignment.
Activity II - Implementation of SMP on the basis of the developed and approved technical project, in compliance with the requirements of all the laws, rules, regulations in force in the Republic of Bulgaria at the moment, regarding the implementation of objects and works of this nature.
Activity III - Exercising author's supervision during the execution of construction and installation works on the site c compliance with the requirements of Art. 162 of the Law on Territorial Planning.
