• Description:
• The public contract includes design activities and author's supervision of the site "Major repair and additions to buildings of the Traffic Police sector at the ODVRM - Yambol". The design must be carried out according to the technical specification, the issued visa for design and the approved project assignment. The facility is category V according to the ZUT - art. 137, paragraph 1, item 5, "a" and "d" of the ZUT. The buildings that are about to be added and that will be overhauled, located in property with identifier 87374.545.13 are: 1. "Administrative building" with identifier 87374.545.13.3 In a public building of the "Traffic Police" sector, in which administrative services to citizens are provided and consists of two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The building was built in 1969 with a built-up area of ​​230m2 and a living area of ​​460m2 and a partial basement with an area of ​​101m2. in a monolithic way. In the basement, elevation -2.40, are located: boiler room, archive and technical room. On the first floor, elevation +-0.00 are located: entrance hall - reception, office premises in which the administrative service of the counters providing administrative services for motor vehicles and motor vehicle drivers is carried out, sanitary facilities accessible from the lobby, offices of employees and a technical room connected by a common corridor separated from an area to serve citizens.
