• The subject of the order is Designing and author supervision of the site "Sports complex of TU - Sofia, Branch Plovdiv with sub-site "Sports hall" and sub-site "Adjacent sports facilities". The project proposal aims to create a sustainable, functionally suitable and a modern architectural environment, with a plastic facade solution, a unique architectural image and interior. Integration of the hall with the surrounding development - such as volume, urban planning solution and fitting the building to the terrain. Orientation to important communication and landscape elements of the environment. Creation of a complex environment for sports, recreation and entertainment. BASIC TECHNICAL, FUNCTIONAL AND PLANNING - COMPOSITION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF THE PROJECT: 1. It is necessary: to prepare a detailed geodetic photograph of the whole territory, with a detailed survey of vegetation and the existing infrastructure networks and facilities, taking into account the configuration and slope of the terrain, with the aim of designing with the vertical layout and the planned activities under part: "improvement" optimally and economically expediently provide the necessary longitudinal and transverse slopes for unhindered removal of surface water.
