  Subject of the public procurement: "Design, exercise of author's supervision and construction in implementation of project BG16FFPR003 - 4.001 - 0224 "Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with address Pernik, Teva district, block 9, entrance C". The built-up area of the site - 2331 sq.m.
  The following activities are included in the scope of the public procurement:
  Activity 1 Preparation of an investment project: With the current design assignment, the development of an investment project is foreseen in the phase Technical project implementation of SMR for implementation under Project "ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH ADDRESS PERNIK, QUARTER "TEVA" BL.9, ENTRANCE B, PERNIK"
  The performance of the investment project must contribute to ensuring improvement of the energy characteristics of the national building stock of residential buildings, through the application of integrated energy-efficient measures; It must lead to an energy consumption class according to the regulation under Art. 48 of the Law on Energy Efficiency (ZEE) for the relevant type of building.
  • Achieving a minimum "B" energy consumption class after implementing energy-saving measures in residential buildings;
  • Stimulating a minimum of 30% primary energy savings for renovated residential buildings;
  • Resource efficiency, economic expediency, decarbonization through RES, a sustainable construction process;
  • Reducing energy poverty by reducing energy costs;
  • Improvement of the conditions and quality of life of the population in the country...
