- The subject of the public procurement includes the development of investment projects - conceptual/technical/working investment projects for the needs of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo and exercising the author's supervision during construction, according to the approved project documentation and the applicable regulationsthrough its experts - the designers of the individual parts of the project. The investment projects should be prepared according to the legal and by-laws described in the Technical Specification, in scope and content according to the requirements of Ordinance No. 4 of 2001, as well as the other relatedregulations on all project parts.
