TITLE: "Destruction of Customs Agency" goods, including transportation if necessary " REFERENCE NUMBER: 2021 / S 144-383837
CONTRACT TYPE: SERVICES
Description: Subject to this order is the destruction of holdings held by the Customs Agency, including transportation if necessary. The order is divided into 5 distinct positions as follows:
1. Located heading No 1 "Destruction of Tobacco Products" - The subject of the separate item shall cover the services relating to the destruction of excise goods - tobacco products seized and detained, withdrawn and abandoned in favor of the State for violations of the Excise and Tax Warehouses Act and tax warehouses (ECT) subject to destruction, in accordance with the provisions in the Below and Ordinance No. 7 of 2.09.2010 on the conditions and procedure for the order and transport of seized and detained, withdrawn and abandoned goods under the State of East.
