the purpose of the public procurement is to be a contractor for the preparation of a technical projectand carrying out construction and assembly works (construction works) (engineering) of the above site, in which connection a contract for its implementation is concluded, in view of the preparation of a comprehensive and lawful technical project to serve for quality construction of the site in accordance withregulatory requirements and compliance with the agreed terms.
