Description:
This procedure is organized and conducted by the contracting authority with a view to fulfilling his obligations to the staff of the hospital for providing free food and/or supplements to it, in accordance with Ordinance No. 11 of December 21, 2005 to determine the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements to it, issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy and the Minister of Health.
In addition, the contracting authority also conducts a procedure for its desire to provide food vouchers to its employees in accordance with Ordinance No. 7 of 9.07.2003. for carrying out activity as an operator of vouchers for food on paper and electronic medium, for issuing vouchers for food on electronic medium, the characteristics of the issued vouchers for food on electronic medium and carried out as an operator.
