Description:
The current procedure aims to conclude a Framework Agreement between the Municipality of Burgas and one contractor for each of the individual positions.
The activities subject to assignment according to the order of the framework agreement will be individualized with written assignments to the potential contractor for the respective positionobena position.
In view of the specificity, complexity and complexity of the types of work to be performed, the same could not be determined in advance. When implementing the subject of the order, activities of different complexity and type of implementation arise. The range, the main parametersand the conditions under which the activities included in the public procurement will be carried out are defined in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 5. The volume of the planned SMR will be comprehensively determined by type and quantity in the work/technical project for each individual sub-site, in the PSD to it or inthe corresponding contract letter.
