  The subject of this public procurement is "Determining a contractor for Update and addition of a technical project for carrying out repair and restoration works, with the aim of bringing the "Trajanovi vrata" tunnel of the Trakia highway at km 53+297, which coincides with the trans-European road network (TENT-T), into legal operational suitability".
  The purpose of the public procurement is to be determined contractor and to conclude a contract with him for the development of an update and addition to the Technical Project, carrying out repair and restoration works and exercising the author's supervision during construction, with a view to the development of a complete and legal Technical Project that will serve for the quality construction of the "Trajanovi Vrata" tunnel on the "Trakia" AM at km 53+297, with the aim of bringing it into legal operational suitability, in accordance with the legal requirements and in compliance with the agreed deadlines.
  137, para. 1, item 1, letter "a" of ZUT construction is the first category.
  5, para. 1, item 2 of the Regulations for the procedure for entry and maintenance of the Central professional register of the builder, issued by the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, the construction is the second group: construction of the transport infrastructure.
  *Existing situation:
  Trajan's Gate Tunnel at AM "Trakia" at km 53+297 was put into operation in 1985 and has the following technical characteristics: length of the left pipe - 685 m; length of the right pipe 720 m; number of active strips - 3 pcs.
