Description:
This procedure is organized and conducted by the contracting authority with a view to fulfilling his/her obligations to the hospital's staff to provide free food and/or supplements to it, in accordance with Ordinance No. 11 of December 21, 2005 on determining the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements to it, issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy and the Minister of Health.
In addition, the contracting authority also conducts a procedure for its desire to provide food vouchers to its employees in accordance with Ordinance No. 7 of 9.07.2003. for carrying out activity as an operator of vouchers for food on paper and electronic medium, for issuing vouchers for food on electronic medium, the characteristics of the issued vouchers for food on electronic medium and carried out as an operator.
Due to the different circle of subjects that can They receive food vouchers under the specified regulations and the various amounts that can be paid, the contracting authority organizes the contract in two lots as follows:
