Description:
The subject of this order includes the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a modular mobile application and delivery of interactive disposal displays to provide citizens with useful information and electronic services related to:
- The location of the halls and premises in the building of the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC), as well as in need of all 28 administrative courts in the Republic of Bulgaria;
- determining the location of the visitor's mobile device and navigation to the necessary hall or room in the court building;
- information about cases, incl. scheduled and current court hearings, as well as issued court acts;
- Administrative services, including services and procedures in the SAC, and if necessary in the administrative courts.
- providing general information about the judicial body, including messages and important updates.
After Development and implementation of the MP, the contractor must conduct training for the SAC employees to work with it, as well as to provide warranty technical support for the same for at least 36 months from the date of commissioning of the software.
