Description:
This procurement provides for the development and introduction of an intelligent system and an integrated digital solution to improve the safety and working conditions of drivers and passengers in public transport in Dobrich, including a specialized system for specific video surveillance of video surveillance Drivers driving public transport vehicles. It should integrate features such as:
1. Mobile CCTV of the driver's cabin;
2. GPS tracking and the ability to control and limit speed;
3. Two -way voice communication between a vehicle driver and dispatch point, the ability to send/receive messages that allows dispatchers to interact with drivers in real time;
4. Different types of alarms such as: panic alarm, speed alarm, alarm for route deviation, alarm when power is interrupted.
The system It should support high resolution video (1080p) by encoding H.265, which allows the transmission of high quality CCTV frames in real time to the dispatch point.
5. Delivery and installation of the relevant on -board equipment.
