- The present public procurement is divided into lots as follows:
Lot 1 "Preparation of an investment project for the site" Reconstruction of football terrain, reconstruction of the track and field track and reconstruction/construction of stands at Georgi Benkovski Stadium, Vidin ";
Separate Item No. 2 "Preparation of an investment project for the site" Repair of the Sports Hall "Festival";
The public procurement is divided into lots on the basis of physically individual construction sites/projects.
The Sports Center must meet the architectural traditions, taking into account the main Function of the site and the regional nature of the settlement. Public Works to be in harmony with the surrounding space, as an adequate attitude between urbanized territory and ecosystems.
