The purpose of the public procurement is for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy to conclude a contract, after carrying out the current procedure, with which to ensure the construction of a National Electronic Information System for Full Adoption (NEISPO), including an Electronic Platform for applying for the adoption of children under the conditions of full adoption, which will be an integral part of FAILURE. The scope of the order also includes provision of the necessary hardware equipment for the operation of the system. Conducting specialized training for the specialists who will work with the system.
All children who can be adopted under the conditions of full adoption and all persons who wish to adopt a child under the conditions of full adoption. It should contain data on: 1) the children who can be adopted under the conditions of full adoption; 2) the persons who wish to adopt a child under the conditions of full adoption and the data from the electronic platform; 3) the expressed preferences of the persons who wish to adopt a child under the conditions of full adoption; 4) all stages of the procedures related to adoption; 5) all circumstances relevant to the adoption.
As a part of NEISPO, the Electronic should be created and maintained a platform for applying for the adoption of children under the conditions of full adoption.
