DESCRIPTION: Within the procurement, the Contractor should develop and establish a Reference Architecture for Interoperability (RAOS) as part of the eGovernment architecture. It must contain standards, a description of the processes, rules and procedures related to the maintenance and implementation of the reference architecture, including in terms of interoperability registers. Architecture Building Blocks, structured according to the four interoperability layers described in the European interoperability framework should be defined and described.
