Description: The development and implementation of the e-archiving system, subject to this order, must ensure the adoption, storage, access and use of valuable electronic documents from state and municipal institutions as well as from society prominent personalities, political parties, legal entities with non-profit and commercial companies, Bulgarians and Bulgarian organizations abroad with contribution to Bulgarian history.
The e-archiving system should be object-oriented, modular and scalable, as well as easy to adapt so as to allow changes required by national or European legislation or new modules. In pursuance of the principle of unity and waters of the funds, the e-archiving system should be integrated with the current state archives information system (Isa)
