- The subject of the public procurement includes the development of a Technical Investment Project /TIP/ according to Art. 139, para. 1, item 2 of the ZUT and exercise of copyright supervision.
The preparation of the project is aimed at the improvement of UPI III-4689 in quarter 1031, intended for "Municipal Market".
The main objectives are:
• Removal of existing unusable sheds and facilities in the municipal market and design of new sheds located in optimal and functionally designated places;
Designing the maximum number of parking spaces;
• Ensuring one-way traffic;
• Implementation of sustainable landscape solutions and green areas;
• Construction of an automated irrigation system connected to an existing well;
• Creating an accessible, functional and visually integrated urban environment.
• Reduction of harmful emissions and carbon footprint related to habitation, processes and materials of the repair, by performing a life cycle assessment.
