- Short description: For the information of the participants in this public procurement, the investment project (project documentation), drawn up in the "Technical Project" phase, will be attached to the procurement documentation. The contractor must prepare and submit to the contracting authority a comprehensive report to evaluate the conformity of the investment project with the essential requirements for the construction works, including technical control under the part "Constructive", on the basis of the project documentation provided by the contracting authority necessary for its preparation.
Existing situation:
The section of a republican road III -801 (Service Sofia - OP Ihtiman) Vakarel - Belitsa - Poibrene - Oborishte - Panagyurishte - Strelcha from km 25+150 to km 65+200 is in poor condition. Has not been repaired since its commissioning. The pavement is highly compromised, numerous longitudinal and transverse cracks, the presence of subtlements on Asphalt pavement, disturbed edge of the flooring, tracks, significant irregularities, weak base. The road has been repeatedly struck. Drainage is not provided. The ditches are overgrown and almost do not perform the functioning for its intended purpose. The gutters are clogged and clogged, with destroyed walls at the second and Outline. Some of them have insufficient pipe diameter. There are no Italian chutes in the sections where the road is in embankment. There are dangerous sections where there are no restrictive systems.
