- The subject of this order is "Development of exemplary models for improving waste management activities by municipalities in Bulgaria". The scope of the order includes the provision of expert support and consulting services to the Contracting Authority in the implementation of five interrelated andmain activities carried out in research:
Activity 1. "Analysis of the situation";
Activity 2. "Development of exemplary models for waste management";
Activity 3. "Popularization of exemplary models and initiation of their use by municipalities";
Activity 4 "Support for municipalities wishing to implementthe measurement models of its territory";
Activity 5. "Systematization of proposals for changes in the municipal and national regulations in the field of waste management activities".
The specific tasks for each of the activities are described in detail in the technical specification.
The description of activitiesthem and the tasks in them are in accordance with the currently published relevant documents. Potential contractors should take into account that public procurement activities are carried out during a period in which changes are possible, both in European and national legislation and in the institutional frameworkon the management of funds from European funds. At the time of the provision of the specific consulting service, it must comply with the current regulations and requirements, as well as with the applicable legal framework concerning the implementation of the subject of the order.
