The subject of this public procurement is "Development of an extended conceptual project with full engineering and geological studies and PUP - PP for the Montana-Sofia expressway with a tunnel under Petrokhan".
The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor and a contract was concluded with him for Izradevelopment of an extended concept project with full engineering-geological studies and PUP - Parcel Plan (PUP - PP). The beginning of the route should be tied to the end of the bypass of the city of Montana, taking into account the project for the construction of the "Montana - Vratsa" expressway. The end of the expressway is km 0000 at the intersection of road II-81 and the Sofia Ring Road. The project route should be aligned with the route of AM "Europa" connection between Sofia expressway and checkpoint "Kalotina".
