Lot 1: "Development of Ruse Rail Unit";
Lot 2: "Development of the Gorna Oryahovitsa railway knot";
Separate Position No. 3: "Development of Varna railway junction".
1. Volume and scope of the main activities for each lot:
Stage I - Prohibition Exploring and Development Options
Task 1: preparation of an analysis of the existing infrastructure;
Task 2: preparation of traffic analysis;
Task 3: Determination of capacity on Ruse Railway;
Task 4: preparation and evaluation of development options;
Stage II - Ecology
Task 5 notification to the competent environment in the environment and the affected population;
Task 6 - assessing the need for EIA;
Stage III - Preparation of conceptual projects and ARP
Task 7: Preparation of a conceptual design;
Task 8: Preparation of a conceptual design by parts of signaling and telecommunications;
Task 9: preparation of analysis costs benefits;
Stage IV: Final activities
Task 10: a program for implementation of the railway junction;
