Description:
In fulfillment of this public procurement, the Contractor should develop a General Development Plan of the Municipality of Asenovgrad in two phases - the Preliminary Design phase and the Final Design phase. In connection with Art. 125, para. 7 of the ZUT in parallel with the development of the Project of the General Development Plan of the Municipality of Asenovgretc. The Contractor should also prepare an Environmental Assessment of the General Development Plan of the Municipality of Asenovgrad, including a Compatibility Assessment (CA) under Art. 31 of the Biodiversity Act (Biodiversity Act).
The execution of the order should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current European andnational legislation and according to the Technical Specifications provided by the Contracting Authority, including the Planning Assignment for the development of a General Development Plan of the Municipality of Asenovgrad.
