Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the production of information to assess the need for EIA for the following investment intentions of the RIA:
• Road II-53 "Yambol-Sredets", section "bypass Road to the town of Yambol South", section of km 144+575.00 to km 148+890.35
• Adjusting the main road communication Smolyan -from an existing roundabout at km 0+000 to road II -86 at the end of Ustovo district, Smolyan district
• Major repair of RP II-86, Sokolovtsi-Smolyan-Srednogtsi from km 94+240 to km 125+244.46
Based on the information prepared, a request for assessment of the need for EIA will be enforced to the competent environmental bodies, the aim to issue a final administrative act - a decision at the discretion.
Assessment information should be developed on the basis of the required scope and content, in accordance the environment and to contain the minimum volume and content of:
1.Ceme of the investment proposal
2. Investment proposal characteristics
a) size, affected area, parameters, scale, volume, performance, scope, layout of the investment proposal in its entirety;
(b) a relationship and cumulation with other existing and/or approved investment proposals;
(c) the use of natural resources during the construction and operation of the earth's interior, soils, waters and biodiversity;
