- 1. Preparation of an investment project for "Reconstruction of the main water pipeline from the Yovkovtsi Reservoir BC zone in the section from the town of Veliko Tarnovo through the village of Novo Selo to the village of Emen" in the technical phase, according to the requirements of the technical specification/design task, the Law on Territorial Planning and the current regulations applicable to the site. The project should be developed to the extent of complete implementation of all SRMs, including detailed quantitative accounts in all specialties, to ensure the possibility of awarding construction through a procedure under the Law on Public orders. The investment project must be prepared in the technical phase with a scope and content at least in accordance with the normative requirements of Ordinance No. 4/2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; Ordinance No. ะะท-1971 of 29.10.2009 on construction and technical rules and norms for ensuring fire safety, as well as with other related regulatory documents on the applicable parts, accompanied by the necessary specifications and detailed bills of quantities, which should include all construction and installation activities, including the preceding dismantling and other related activities for the site. Upon request by the Employer, contractor or inspection body, additional drawings, schemes or specifications of materials, details, implementation systems or specifications of selected finished products should be provided.
