Description: The development of a GPOD is based on Ordinance No. 1 of 17.01.2001. for organizing traffic on roads issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Ordinance No. 2 of 17.01.2001 on the signaling of road markings as well as Ordinance No. 18 of 23.07.2001 on the signaling of roads with road traffic signs.
With the design of the GPOD, the conditions and procedure for organizing the movement across the street and road network on the territory of the Municipality of Rousse and are developed for this purpose the designated design solutions. The implementation of the project will analyze the current organization of movement, means and tools for its implementation (including the motives for their application).
