The purpose of the public procurement is to designate a contractor and conclude a contract with him for the preparation of a preliminary assessment of compliance with the provisions of the detailedthe development plan (approved by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRRD)), with the rules and regulations for functionality, transport accessibility, environmental protection and health protection, as well as for the mutual consistency between the individual parts of the project, agreedunder Art. 142, para. 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), in accordance with the regulatory requirements and in compliance with the agreed term.
