- The subject of the order includes digitization and preparation of an electronic archive of the archival files and the library fund of VAS. The total expected amount of cases to process contains no more than 7,000,000 pages of documents and approximately 1,300 library items averaging 500 pages each.
The order inclhatches the following activities:
1. "Performance of a comprehensive review and analysis of the library units, documents and document circulation in the archive of the Contracting Authority and preparation of a Manual";
2. "Digitization of paper documents and books";
3. "Development, delivery and implementation of a specialized electronic archive hand storage and management of digitized documents and e-library" - the approximate number of users of e-archive is 275 people, while of e-library - 200 people;
4. "Training for working with special e-archive and e-library " - two types of training (for users - min. 20 people and administrators - 2)
The company undertakes to provide 12-month warranty support of electronic archive and library
