- The subject of the order includes the supply of net electricity - low voltage, for the site of "MBAL" St. Ivan Rilski"-Razgrad" JSC in the city of Razgrad, at 2 Kosta Petrov Street and the selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group, with a full administrator of the information flow with electricity distribution companies and ESO EAD, etccovering the costs of imbalances by concluding a contract for combined services in accordance with Article 11, Item 10 and under the terms of Article 20 of the PTEE, for a period of 12 months, with for renewal. Delivery includes: delivery of low voltage net electricity. at freely agreed prices, participation in standard balance group, full amanagement of information flow with the electricity distribution company and ESO EAD, monitoring, planning and forecasting of consumption, preparation and submission of hourly load schedules, such as the risks associated with the forecast, deviations in quantity of energy and imbalances are for account of the contractor. Estimated amount of energy for delivery for a 12-month period ofthe contract is 660 MWh, the same is indicative, as it is not limited and not committed to consumption. of the Employer.
