- The subject of the public procurement includes the following main types of engineering and construction works activities:
Activity 1 - Preparation of an investment project in Phase "Technical Project" for the envisaged construction activities, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of Ordinance No. 4 of 21 May 2001. for the scope and content of investment projects, as well as the specific requirements set out in the documentation. The premises subject to this assignment are part of the hospital and should meet the current requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-3 of December 21, 2015. for designing, executing and maintaining of public services in the fields of education and science, healthcare, culture and arts.
The investment project developed in the "Technical Project" phase is in the following parts:
a) Part of Architecture;
b) part "constructive";
c) Part "Electric";
d) the plumbing part;
e) Part "HVAC";
g) Fire Safety Part;
h) Part of "Geodesy" and "Vertical Right";
(i) Part "Technology";
(k) part "Safety and Health Plan";
(l) Part "Construction Waste Management Plan";
(m) Part "draft documentation";
n) Part of Landscaping.
The materials provided for insertion in construction works should be have evaluated compliance with the essential amendments specified in the Law on Technical Requirements for Products (LTA).
