The subject of the open procedure is the selection of a contractor for a public contract for "Engineering - design and execution of site construction: "Reconstruction of Vira St. from Slivnitsa Blvd. to Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., according to the district plan "Mladost", city of Varna", according to technical specification. When executing the order, the following should be done: 1. Preparation of an investment project in the "Technical project" phase in scope and content in accordance with ZUT and Ordinance No. 4 on the scope and content of investment projects; 2. Implementation of SMR according to the Technical Project, details of the Working Project, the prescriptions and orders in the Order Book, including provided by the Quantitative - value account CMR; 3. Delivery and investment in the construction of construction products necessary and corresponding to the investment project; 4. Production and/or delivery of Construction details/elements and equipment and their investment in the Construction; 5. Notifying the Employer of the need for additional designing; 6. Carrying out the necessary tests and laboratory tests; 7. Compilation of construction documents, author's supervision and preparation of the executive documentation of the construction - geodetic surveying for application in specialties...
