- Brief description of the activities related to the realization of the subject of the order:
Activity 1: Design
Preparation of an investment project in the Technical project phase in all parts. The project documentation must comply with the regulations - Territorial Planning Act, Regulation No. 4/2001ina on the scope and content of the investment projects and other by-laws on the applicable parts. The individual parts of the investment project must be accompanied by detailed quantitative accounts.
Activity 2: Construction
Execution of SMR according to the Technical Project, the prescriptions and the ordersin the Order Book, incl. provided by the Quantitative - value account CMR, incl. delivery of materials and construction elements and all necessary activities until the site is put into operation.
Activity 3: Exercising author supervision during construction execution.
The contractor, respectivelycompliance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Territorial Planning Act, will exercise the author's supervision during the construction. 60 entrance "B" of the University of Mining and Geology "St. Ivan Rilski", town of Soffice"
