• "Engineering (design, CMR and author's supervision) in the implementation of support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings in the city of Haskovo under two separate positions", as follows: Separate position No. 1 "Building with administrative address Haskovo, "Saedinenie" Blvd. №37" Separate position No. 2 "Building with administrative address Haskovo, Stara Planina St. No. 69-71" Separate position No. 1 "Building with administrative address: city of Haskovo, Saedinenie Blvd. No. 37 Description of the existing multi-family dwelling building The surveyed building, located at 37 Saedinenie Blvd., in PI 77195.711.221 according to the CC of the city of Haskovo, has fifteen floors with a basement and was built in 1962. The basement at the -6.40 level consists of storage rooms, a boiler room and tanks. Part of the warehouses were combined and rebuilt into a "Cafe-club", which has not been functioning for years. The boiler and tanks are also not functioning. The equipment has been removed and the premises are empty and unusable. The shop level consists of two shops, hairdressing salon, room for hydrophore and room for transformer post. On the ground floor at elevation ±0.00 there are three apartments and the entrance to the residential part, which is oriented to the north. From the first to the twelfth floor there are four two-room apartments the apartment. Each apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Vertical communication in the block is carried out by double-arm steel-concrete stairs and two elevators. Again...
