- The subject of this public procurement is "Engineering - design, construction and author's supervision of a site: "Reconstruction (overhaul) of water supply pipelines from Druzhba substation to existing water pipelines for the city of Pleven, municipality of Pleven" Review and analysis of the available source data and information; Development of an investment project in the "technical design" phase for the site "Reconstruction (major repair) of the Supplying water pipes from Druzhba Substation to existing water pipes for the city of Pleven, Pleven municipality"; Coordination of the investment project with the relevant competent administrations, interested institutions, operating companies and third parties according to the applicable regulations; Obtaining all necessary permits in connection with the implementation of the construction; Execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of the construction in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the Employer and the approved investment project; Carrying out copyright supervision under ZUT, including providing, if necessary, technical solutions, additions and/or changes to the project and assistance in the introduction of the object in operation; Preparation of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003. for drawing up acts and protocols during construction; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and provision of the data in respective...
