- The activities related to the realization of the subject of each of the lots of the public procurement includes:
1. Project and Teaching (PPR), which include:
- development of an investment project in the "Working Project" phase, including the necessary work details for the needs of the site,According to the volume and scope, regulated in Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the other applicable legislation, as well as the set requirements in the technical specification to each of the lots, as well as activities representing a condition,consequence or addition to it, in accordance with the regulatory framework and the current status of the building, including operating companies and other bodies and approval under the Order of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT).Carrying out the inspections by the contracting authority and/or the consultant, carrying out the conformity assessment of the project with the essential requirements for the construction and technical control under the part "structural" in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act, including during the construction of the construction.
2. Construction of construction and assemblyworks (construction works) - on the prepared, agreed and approved in the respective order of investment project, quantities and types of construction works and all activities reflected in the technical specification, the proposal for the execution of the contract and the price proposal of the contractor.
