The activities included in the subject are:
- Preparation of an investment project in the phase "Working project" for the site according to the SPA, Ordinance No. 4 /21.05.2001. For the scope and content of the investment projects according to the applicable parts (geodesy, technological, architectural, structural, electric, plumbing, PB, PUS, PBZ, automation, master plan, documentation). The projects will be accompanied by quantitative accounts to the applicable parts. With the project The specific design solutions in a degree will be clarified, providing an opportunity for the complete implementation of the envisaged types of construction works and the compliance of the project decisions with the requirements for the works under Art. 169 of the SPA.
- Exercise of copyright supervision for the site in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162 of the Spatial Planning Act in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project and the signing of acts and protocols of the designer for the implementation of stages of construction in accordance with the requirements of. Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction and Ordinance No. 2/31.07.2003 on Improvement of the works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites and coordination of the executive documentation.
