- The subject of this contract is the design, implementation of construction to improve the energy efficiency of an existing multi-family residential building on the territory of the Municipality of Yambol and the exercise of author supervision in the implementation of a project: "Support for sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building in residential complex "Hale" 12, Yambol" No. BG16FFPR003-4.001-0188, in connection with the implementation of procedure BG16FFPR003-4.001 - "Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including tackling energy poverty", financed under the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027, priority 4 "Just transition".
ACTIVITY I. DEVELOPMENT OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT.
The preparation of a working project for renovation needs is assigned to a team of legally qualified designers.
The working project for the needs of the renovation should be prepared in accordance with the Law on device of the territory (ZUT), Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and other related by-laws on the applicable parts depending on the eligible and approved activities for financing. Projects should be accompanied by detailed quantity-values accounts under the applicable parts.
The working project should be duly coordinated with all operating companies and other coordinating bodies, when applicable and approved by the chief architect of the Municipality.
