And the implementation of this
public procurement includes the performance of the following groups of activities: a) Design and preparation of work
b) Carrying out construction and assembly activities prescribed in the approved investment
project and c) Implementation of author supervision by the designers prepared technical projects, as in this one
link THE CONTRACTOR is responsible for:
1. Preparation of an investment project in the "Working" phase for the object, in scope and with content according to
Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 20
December 2017 for planning and design of the communication-transportation system of the urbanized
territories, the legal and by-laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and in accordance with
the requirements of the Contracting Authority;
2. Carrying out all the necessary activities for coordination of the investment project with the contracting authority,
central and territorial administrations, specialized control bodies and operating companies, from
the name of the Contracting Authority;
3. Reflecting the recommendations and remarks made during the conciliation procedures from
side of the Contracting Authority with central and territorial administrations, specialized control bodies and
operating companies, and of carrying out the assessment of compliance of the investment project with the main ones
requirements for construction by the Consultant;
