  "Engineering - Design, Construction and Copyment Supervision for the Energy Renewal site Multifamily residential building on 62 Targovska Str., Yambol under the Regions Development Program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the Fund for Fair Transition "
  The implementation of this public procurement includes the following groups of activities: a)
  Design and preparation of work projects (incl. Geodetic shooting of the adjacent terrain and
  b) carrying out construction and assembly activities,
  prescribed in the approved investment project and (c) the implementation of copyright supervision from the designers
  prepared technical projects, such as In this regard, the contractor is responsible for:
  1. Preparation of an investment project in the "working" phase for the site, in scope and with content according to
  Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 20
  December 2017 for planning and designing Communication -Transport System of Urbanized
  territories, legal and by -laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and in accordance with
  the requirements of the contracting authority;
  2. Carrying out all necessary activities to coordinate the investment project with the contracting authority,
  central and territorial administrations, specialized control bodies and operating companies, from
  the name of the contracting authority;
