Description:
The subject of this order is the design, the implementation of construction to improve the energy efficiency of an existing multi-family residential building on the territory of Yambol Municipality and the exercise of copyright supervision in implementation of project proposal BG16FPR003-4.001-0187 "Support for sustainable Energy renovation of a multi -family residential building on 4 D. Blagoev Str., Yambol, in connection with the implementation of the procedure BG16FPR003-4.001 - "Support for a sustainable energy renovation of multi -family residential buildings, including dealing with energy poverty," funded under a program "Development of the regions "2021-2027, priority 4" fair transition ".
Activity I. Development of an investment project.
The preparation of a working project for the needs of the renovation is assigned to a team of competent designers.
The work project for the renewal needs should be prepared in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT), Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and other related sub -regulations under the applicable parts depending on the acceptable and approved financing activities. Projects should be accompanied by detailed amounts Accounts to the applicable parts.
The work project should be duly coordinated with all operating companies and other coordination bodies where applicable and approved by the chief architect of the municipality.
