- The subject of this order is the design, copyright supervision and implementation of construction to improve the energy efficiency of an existing multi -family residential building on the territory of Yambol Municipality and exercising copyright supervision in implementation of a project: "Support for sustainable energy renovation of a multi-phamile residential building on 72 Graf Ignatiev Str., Yambol "№ BG16FPR003-4.001-0192 BG16FPR003-4.001 - "Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi -family residential buildings, including dealing with energy poverty" funded, funded by Regions Development Program 2021-2027, Priority 4 "Fair Transition". According to the technical specification, the designated contractor should perform:
Activity I. Development of an investment project.
The preparation of a working project for the needs of the renewal is assigned to a team of Complainable designers.
The working project for the needs of the renovation should be prepared in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act), Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment project of the admissible and approved funding activities. The projects should be accompanied by detailed amounts of accounts on the applicable parts.
