Description:
In the execution of the contract, engineering - design, construction and copyright supervision for the site should be carried out: "Major repairs and renovation of hall №11 from Training Block 7, at TU - Sofia", namely:
1. Preparation of an investment project for hall №11 in the "Technical Project" phase, in scope and content,According to the Spatial Planning Act and "Ordinance No. 4, on the scope and content of investment projects". The investment project should correspond to the energy efficiency and architectural recording report, and subsequently served to issue a technical passport for the building.
2.Performing all necessary activities for coordination of the investment project with central and territorial administrations, specialized control bodies and operating companies on behalf of the contracting authority.
3. Implementation of construction works according to the technical project, the prescriptions and orders in the orderBook, incl. The construction and assembly works (CCS) provided for by the quantitative account (CCS) (CCS). Delivery and investment in the necessary and corresponding to the investment project construction products, proven by certificates or declarations of conformity or declarations foroperating indicators or declarations on the characteristics of the construction product or equivalent.
5. Production and/or delivery of construction parts/elements and facilities (equipment) for their investment in construction.
