Description:
The subject of the contract is engineering - design, construction and copyright supervision for the site: "Major repairs and renovation of halls №1 and 2 of Training Block 7, at TU - Sofia.and the renovation of the halls №1 and 2 of Training Block 7, at TU - Sofia ", namely:
1. Preparation of an investment project for hall No. 1 and hall №2 in the" Technical Project "phase, in scope and content, according to the ZUT and" Ordinance No. 4, on the scope and content of the investment projects ". The investment project followsto match the report on energy efficiency and architectural shooting prepared by the contractor, and subsequently served to issue technical passports for buildings.
2. Carrying out all necessary activities to coordinate the investment project with central and territorial administrations,Specialized control bodies and operating companies on behalf of the contracting authority.
3. Implementation of the construction works, according to the technical project, the prescriptions and orders in the order book, incl. The construction and assembly works (CCS) provided for by the quantitative account (CCS) (CCS).
